What is Wiwigo rating system?

Wiwigo rating system is invitation based feedback collection system. After completing a journey booked through Wiwigo, we send an invitation to our customers to rate their experience on driver, cab and agency quality. We also conduct several checks on the cab vendors to contribute to this rating system. The rating system is very important for our community to make an informed decision.

Why should I provide feedback to Wiwigo?

Your feedback is an integral part of our rating system that helps other people to make an informed decision on their cab rental. The feedback system helps us keep scrupulous and non-transparent behaviour at bay that you can see in traditional cab booking providers. It also encourages cab vendors to provide better services. It is also useful for you to make an informed decision in the first place. The feedback is also used to take disciplinary or other necessary action against involved cab vendors as necessary.

What are the different modes of payment you support?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support Net Banking.

Can I buy for someone else using my credit/debit card?

Yes definitely! You need to mention the card holder details for the card payment but you can enter anyone's name for the car booking.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site? Do you store my card number and details?

It is completely safe to use our site. We have partnered with PayUMoney for the payment gateway. PayUMoney provides a 128-bit SSL encryption technology compliant solution which is certified by RapidSSL certificates. We don't store any card details.

What is the lead time I need to provide to get an assured cabs?

Any online booking would require you to make the booking at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. If you need a cab earlier than this then please call through our helpline for booking.

How can I book a cab for wedding purpose?

Cabs provided online are not supposed to be decorated. For such purposes, please call us and we shall be happy to provide you our services with some extra charge.

How much in advance can I book a cab?

You can book upto 30 calendar days in advance of date of departure. Please do enquire with us through our helpline, in case you have any other specific requirements and we will definitely try our best to fit in your request.

Shall I get exactly the same vehicle as in the pictures?

That's our ultimate goal that we can deliver once our vendor partners achieve sufficient operational efficiency. Although, at the moment, we might face multiple bookings for the same vehicle. In such cases, you will get a similar vehicle of same make & model as each vendor maintains similar standards for his fleet.

We are a corporate house and would like to tie up with Wiwigo. Is this possible?

Do I need to register on your site to book tickets?

You can browse most of our website without registering. You just need to provide your details and a password of your choice at the time of booking and your account would be automatically created.

Why do I need to register?

What if the car doesn't show up?

In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will offer you a full refund immediately.

What if the car shows up late?

We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by providing an alternate vehicle at the earliest.
